Last week we celebrated Literacy all week along with Dr. Suess. We had wacky dress days, the bookfair and Read across America. The students had a blast! All that came to literacy night left with a free book. And Ms. Carter has been making sure teachers had more books to add to their class room libraries. Everyone got in on the fun with a cafeteria serving Green eggs and ham for breakfast! The students we excited about the ESJ interact club coming to read to them and many of our younger students are already asking how can they do that! The love of reading has been planted and will be cultivated into life long readers at GMMS!
